Fire extinguisher half-bodies
We manufacture up & down parts for fire extinguishers 1Kg., 2Kg., 3Kg., 4Kg., 6Kg., 9Kg. , 12Kg. , 25Kg., 50Kg., 100Kg., 150Kg and sprinkler models 6 Kg. and 9 Kg. We have different perforations in the upper part and different terminations in the lower part, as well as models for permanent pressure and auxiliary pressure extinguishers. They are all manufactured in accordance with European regulations and from the highest quality materials, exceeding all requirements.
Our drawing lines include, among other things, a transferred hydraulic press for the automatic drawing of fire extinguisher bodies, with a sheet feeder and an electronic transfer for the handling and ejection of parts. In addition, the product is palletised by robot. All this is computer-controlled.

We manufacture fire extinguisher cylinders 1 Kg., 2 Kg., 3 Kg., 4 Kg., 6 Kg., 9 Kg., 12 Kg., 25 Kg., 50 Kg., 100kg, 150kg and sprinklers models 6 Kg. and 9 Kg.
Depending on the model, we have different steel caps ( rings) for different type of valve, and with different shapes and terminations in the lower part, as well as models for permanent pressure and auxiliary pressure. This is all manufactured in accordance with the EN 3-3 European standard and with high-quality materials. In addition, we have the CE marking, which means that we comply with the European directive on pressure vessels.
Among our manufacturing facilities, we have a state-of-the-art welding robot and a two-position rotary table. The robot has a positioning system that, by means of a laser, locates the welding line and automatically guides the torch.
As for the exterior painting process, we have a polyester paint line, which includes an exterior shot blasting machine, thus achieving optimum quality.
Fire extinguisher cylinders with internal coating
We also have a range of containers with paint and interior laminate for water additive extinguishers. Their capacity is of 1L, 2L, 3L, 4L, 6L, 9L, 12L, 25L, 50L, 100L and 150L. Prior to coating, we can perform an internal shot blasting to guarantee the adhesion of the plastic or paint, which gives the product an extra quality.
Fire extinguisher accessories
We manufacture various metal accessories for fire extinguishers: stainless steel pressed caps M30x15, wall supports, loops, metal bases, valve handles, etc. We can also manufacture any metal part as per a customer’s drawing. Our manufacturing devices include various mechanical presses with numerically controlled feeders.
We also sell wheels for trolleys of various sizes.
